Cancellations must be received in writing via email to email@example.com. Cancellations received prior to midnight (EST) on 15 March 2017 will be fully refunded minus a $100 USD administrative processing fee. Cancellations received after midnight on 15 March 2017 will not receive any refund. Conference attendees who cancel after midnight on 15 March 2017 may transfer his/her registration to another attendee name from the same company. This should be done through the registration website. Registration transfers to another company are not allowed. All hotel cancellations must be made directly through the hotel.
No, attendees are not required to stay at the Marriott Marquis Houston. There are many other hotels in downtown Houston; however all OPTIMIZE 2017 attendees will receive a special discounted room rate at the Marriott Marquis Houston when booked through this link. This discounted rate is available through March 31st.
